Systemic consulting in the change of the individual and the organisation
Systemic consulting is rooted in the family therapy who has established itself in the 1950ies as a separate method. It brought about the "systemic approach" that conceived the family as a social system. The findings and views resulting from this have been found transferable to other social systems of human beings (school, professional life, relationships of couples).
The central question „What is the source of the problem?“ was more and more transformed into the question „What keeps up the problem?“ and „How can we built up solutions?" The systemic therapy and consulting has received a quickly spreading recognition and development for the 1970ies and has been strongly influenced by Virginia Satir, Salvadore Minuchin, Gregory Bateson, John Weakland, Jay Haley and Milton Erickson.
Our consulting services make use of the model of systemic thinking assuming that the employees, the cadre and the management are "experts in their own cause" and show a high degree of indepence. This attitude is based on the fact that the organisation has found its steady place in the market or that the human being holds a position in society. At the same time, the company is creating new challenges due to the activities of the individual.
We are convinced that every human being and every organisation is able to develop own solutions. We work with the existing ressources and competenes. In dialogue we look for conditions under which the ressources and competences can be activated, in order to achieve individual solutions with the utmost self-responsibility and self- organisation.
The systemic approach is also the basis and attitude of coaching. Coaching is among other things applied in ecomonics and in sports. We apply systemic consulting in the following fields:
Strategy development and -implementation
Family enterprises in the change of family
Supervision of management teams
Development of executives
