After a technical apprenticeship Ivan Studer studied electric engineering at the FHBB, former HTL, in Muttenz. He started his career in the IT industry as a system manager and programmer focussing on the development and implementation of applications in the financial sector, HR and order management. It did not take long until he was entrusted with the entire project lead. Thereafter, Ivan Studer gathered first experiences in Sales and Marketing with first successes in IT- and quality engineering for several pharma and chemical firms.

 

Subsequently, he established an Indian software company in Switzerland and Europe - a challenging task taking a high degree of dedication and perseverance. After a difficult initial phase first successes were continuously coming up. The firm was built up and became an integral part of the economic side of the IT sector. In parallel, Ivan Studer studied economics at the FHBB.

 

At the beginning of the New Economy he became General Manager of a European IT firm for economic solutions in Switzerland. Apart from effective sales and marketing activities he was entrusted with new responsibilities in HR and training management. Now it was time for a fundamental decision: In order to share his profound knowledge and his experiences with others, Ivan Studer founded his own consulting firm.

 

Ivan Studer is Master of Business Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Economics and Electrical Engineering.
